And why did someone get it now?
I mean, there are still many players around who played the betas and still have their chars.....

It's not a bug... WhiteWasabi is selling it in the High End Forums..... If this is some sort of "present" to him to receive the birthday mini earlier... he at least shouldn't be selling it.........(at least not before other minis are out)

i wonder what other perks they get, might as well give anet cohorts free 10000K gold every year, after all its not like people RMT because its hard to acquire or anything.

people in ap's guild sell his customized festival items, it's definitely dishonest to have a built-in income source, now they get minis in advance..........
